Lankford Company is committed to safety of all its employees and recognizes that employees’ health and safety are necessary to the achievement of company objectives.  We are committed to health and safety standards and practices in all our work environments.  Lankford Company actively participates in responsible programs and organizations which advance employee health and safety.

Lankford Company insures that all personnel are aware of and implement all phases of the company’s safety program.  This program includes:

Implementation of our safety program includes:

• Weekly safety meetings
• New hire safety orientation & training
• Supervisor orientation & training
• Daily tailgate safety meetings
• Random safety audits
• Random drug and alcohol testing

Lankford Company prohibits the use and possession of intoxicants, narcotics, drugs or related paraphernalia on its premises or work places.  We have a drug control policy which includes pre-employment and random drug screening.

Lankford Company’s OSHA incident rate is 0.085.  We have had no lost time accidents or incidents for the past four years.
